We are in the planning stages for resurrecting the premium book announcing the show. Plans are to make it essentially an electronic version. If hard copies are desired there will be a cost, as yet to be determined. Ads in the premium book will be substantially lower than in the past hard copy books. Covers (inside front and both inside and outside of back) will be $30, full page $15 and half page $10. Color can be had in all ads at no upcharge. But they will be printed in black and white if hard copy books are made.
